Hamilton County Parks and Recreation Administration offices  from 1997 - September 2021 was donated to the Legacy Fund in the 1990's by Fannie and Leelane Reese as an addition to Cool Creek Park. The Legacy Fund transferred ownership to the Hamilton County Parks and Recreation Department in 2007.
