Mark Barker has been with the Sheriff's Office for more than 25 years, serving in the Patrol Division and as the Training Coordinator. For many years he has headed security at the Deer Creek/Verizon/Klipsch/Ruoff Music Center. Barker is in charge of the Reserve Division as well as special events.
