Hamilton County Emergency Management wants to ensure you are ready for the test. On Thursday, September 20, 208 at 2:18 PM EDT, the Federal Emergency Management Agency, in conjunction with the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), will conduct a nationwide test of the Emergency Alert System (EAS) and the Wireless Emergency Alert (WEA).
