Project Scope
Phase 1: The project consists of the construction of a new southbound lane on Lowe’s Way allowing traffic from 146th Street to access southbound Keystone Parkway. The project will include two new bridges and a new round-a-bout at the Lowe’s entrance on Lowe’s Way.
Phase 2: Construction a new connection for motorists wanting to drive east or west between Rangeline Rd, Keystone Parkway and Lowes Way
Reason for Project
A new ramp is needed to facilitate travel from 146th St. to southbound Keystone Ramp. Currently, there is no efficient way for motorists to access Keystone Pkwy. from 146th St.
