If you have had any COVID symptoms within the past 14 days please refrain from attending the Sheriff's Sale.
Due to limited space and the need for social distancing, we request only those who intend to purchase a property come to the sale. If you were wanting to just observe and not make a sale, please refrain from coming to these upcoming sales.
Sheriff's Sales are held on alternating Thursdays between 10 a.m. and noon at the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office. Bid sheets are placed in the lobby at 10 a.m. and written bids are taken until noon at which time a verbal auction is held.
Terms are cash (certified funds) at the time of the sale. You must have with you the full amount you wish to bid on a property. If the property goes for less than the amount of the check tendered, a refund is available 10 business days following the sale.
To be informed of upcoming sales, please check "Sheriff's Sales" in local newspaper legal notices on Monday of each week. Also, you may subscribe to our email and text message list by going to our NOTIFY ME Opens a New Window. page.
