The Hamilton County GeoHub is the primary public resource for geospatial data, web maps, and applications for the County. The geospatial data is owned and maintained by various departments within the county and is provided by the GIS Office in the Information Systems Services (ISS) Department.
Hamilton County’s Orthoimagery Program offers users the ability to view the county from a bird’s eye perspective throughout the years, beginning with aerial photography taken in 1936.
Each year, the Hamilton County GIS Office (ISS Department) acquires new imagery to harness the latest in geospatial technology to support and enhance the county’s rapid growth and development. Through the program, Lidar and geospatial planimetric layers are acquired every four or five years.
