Property Tax Deductions & Credits

Filing tax deductions could result in significant savings even if you do not have a mortgage on your home.  In order to be applicable to the next tax bill you must file for the desired tax deductions by December 31st.  Once the deductions have been applied for and approved, you will not need to reapply unless you change your deed, get married, or change the use of the property.
