Mailbox Replacement Policy

If you live on a County road, and your mailbox was knocked down as a result of operations of a County snowplow, please read the downloadable ordinance and complete the form below. You will receive an email confirmation that the Highway Department has received your completed form. All mailbox claims are handled as soon as winter operations for each winter event have been completed. If you are choosing an option with a new post, please keep in mind that a hole cannot be drilled until the ground is no longer frozen.
