11/17/23: Utility coordination, right-of-way acquisition, and final design are all underway.
SS#32095 carries Whistler Rd. over Forkner DItch.
Existing structures are dual pipes at various stages of deterioration at various locations.
New structure roadway geometry is planned to be two 12-foot lane with minimum 4’ shoulder and accommodate Q100 flood event for Forkner Ditch.
Local funding will be utilized for the construction of this project.
