Please refer to Forms and Documents for more details.
Residential
A residential program that provides intensive supervision and services for adult males and females convicted of a felony offense. The program participant may be placed in the program as an alternative to traditional incarceration or immediately following incarceration. This placement provides an opportunity for effective transition to the community.
Supervision Plan
While in the program, a participant resides in the residential facility except when released for work. They must also attend education/treatment programs identified in an individualized case plan. This plan is designed to focus on needs that, if addressed, will reduce the likelihood that the participant will commit new criminal offenses. While outside of the facility, a program participant's movement is monitored by program staff with frequent visits to the work site as well as contact with stakeholders involved in the individual's rehabilitation effort.
Electronic Monitoring
Adult Electronic Monitoring
A program that provides intensive supervision and services for individuals generally convicted of a felony or an "A" misdemeanor. The program participant resides in their home and is only released to attend work, treatment/education programs identified as part of their individualized case plan, or other activities approved by the Court.
Adult Supervision Plan
The case plan is developed focusing on specific needs that, if addressed, will reduce the likelihood that the participant will commit new criminal offenses. While on the program, a participant's movement and activities are monitored 24 hours a day, seven days a week, using electronic technology as well as frequent visits by program staff to their home and work.
Juvenile Electronic Monitoring
A program that provides intensive supervision for juveniles adjudicated a delinquent or awaiting further hearings before the Juvenile Court. Program participants reside in their parents' homes and are released to attend school, work, or attend any program approved by the Juvenile Court. While on the program, their movement and activities are monitored 24 hours a day, seven days a week, using electronic technology as well as frequent visits by program staff to their home, school, and work.
