Responsibilities
The Hamilton County Public Building Corporation is organized solely for the purpose of acquiring a site(s) appropriate for a building(s) or construction of a suitable building(s) including the necessary equipment, acquiring land and existing building(s), and renovating, Improving, or expanding the same, leasing county facilities to Hamilton County (the “County”) or its successor County, collecting rentals and applying the proceeds in the manner provided in Indiana Code, Title 36, Article 1, Chapter 10 or other applicable law, entirely without profit to the Corporation, its officers and directors.
