Schedule a Marriage Application Meeting

The Application Meeting is step 2 of a multi-step process. The first step is to Apply Online. Make sure to allow yourselves time to do this before your meeting. Refer to Marriage Licenses for complete details.

All Application Meetings are by appointment only. 


Virtual Application Meetings:  

Schedule a Virtual Meeting 

  • These meetings are about 15 minutes long, over the internet using Microsoft Teams. 
  • You will need to have a device (PC, laptop, or phone) with good internet and a camera - it needs to support live video. You also need a mic (microphone) so we can hear you. 
  • Both applicants must attend the same meeting. If you are physically together, both applicants can attend using one session. If you are not together we will try to accommodate a three-way conference.
  • You will pay online, shortly before your meeting. We will send you a payment link the day of the meeting. You will need to pay by Credit Card. There is a small convenience fee for paying by credit card.
  • Remember to have proof of your birth dates.

In person Application Meetings:  

Schedule an In-person Meeting

  • These meetings are about 30 minutes long and are held at our office in Noblesville.
  • All in-person applicants must wear a mask.
  • Both applicants must attend the same meeting.
  • Remember to bring payment of $20 ( $18.00 Fee plus $2.00 for certified copies.)  We accept CASH or Credit Card.  There is a small convenience fee for paying by credit card.
  • Remember to bring proof of your birth dates.
