6/28/19: Construction is complete. Lowes Way is now open southbound from 146th St. to Keystone Pkwy.

Project Scope

Phase 1: The project consists of the construction of a new southbound lane on Lowe’s Way allowing traffic from 146th Street to access southbound Keystone Parkway. The project will include two new bridges and a new round-a-bout at the Lowe’s entrance on Lowe’s Way.

Reason for Project

A new ramp is needed to facilitate travel from 146th St. to southbound Keystone Ramp. Currently, there is no efficient way for motorists to access Keystone Pkwy. from 146th St.

  • Construction Completion: June 28, 2019
  • Construction Cost: $10 million

Funding

Design and construction costs will be funded using TIF district revenues and Congestion Mitigation and Air Quality Improvement (CMAQ) Program funds.
