Bridge 4 carries Six Points Rd. over Prairie Creek.
Reason for Project

This will be a rehabilitation project that consists of replacing the superstructure, and fiber-wrapping the pier piles. The proposed superstructure will be a continuous concrete slab on integral end bents. The bridge will also be widened to accommodate two 12' lanes with 5' shoulders on both sides.
