Attorney Employment


     The Hamilton County Prosecuting Attorney is currently (in July 2020) considering applications for a part-time Deputy Prosecuting Attorney position.

Internships & Externships


   The Hamilton County Prosecuting Attorney hosts an internship program for law students.  Most internship opportunities arise during the summer.  The internships are unpaid.  In limited numbers, undergraduate students and high school students may be admitted through institution-connected externship programs.  
 
      Students interested in an internship/externship should submit materials electronically via this form.
 
     Typically, applications for summer sessions should be submitted before the last weekend in February.  The deadline for Summer 2020 applications is February 23, 2020.
