NOTICE is hereby given that the Drainage Board of Hamilton County, Indiana, will on March 27, 2017 in the Commissioners Court, Hamilton County Courthouse in the City of Noblesville, Hamilton County, Indiana, at 9:00 a.m. receive sealed bids, and from day to day until sold for the furnishing of all labor, equipment and materials necessary for the spraying of ditch bank of regulated ditches under the jurisdiction of said Board for the calendar year 2017 and will award a contract to the lowest and/or best bidder according to specifications and proposal on file in the Hamilton County Surveyor's Office.
All bids shall be submitted on the form provided and must be completely filled out. Contract awarded will be based on the individual total for each drain. Bidders shall specify in the bid the materials and mix proposed to be used.
Bidders shall submit bids on an individual total basis as per forms available in the Surveyor's Office, furnish financial statements, bidders bonds and written agreement to comply with prevailing scale of wages all as provided by law.
The right is reserved to reject any or all bids.
A non-refundable fee of fifteen ($15.00) dollars is required for these forms.
