Smartphone QR codes have been added to the mailed tax statements to make online access easier. Just scan the QR code on your statement to access the Tax Payment Report for your property. The QR code on the envelope goes to this page.
Making an Online Payment
Look up your Tax Payment Report
Use the QR code on your statement (not the one on the envelope) to find your property's Tax Payment Report.
Or go to Online Property Reports and look up the Tax Payments report for your property.
On your Tax Payment Report, click on the button, "Pay Online".
You will be transferred to a secure payment site to enter and process your payment. It will take 24 to 48 hours for your payment to be recorded on your property records (and online). During that time, you can use your Payment Confirmation number to check the status of your payment.
Paying by e-check - You will be asked to provide your Property ID which is available on your Spring and Fall Tax Bill Statements (refer to upper right corner of your tax statement). You will be charged $1. Convenience fees are non-refundable.
Paying by credit card - A convenience fee of 2.5% of the payment amount will be charged for credit, debit, or ATM cards. Convenience fees are non-refundable.
Check an Online Payment
Check on payments you've made via our online service. You need to have your payment Confirmation Number and the email address associated with the payment.
Tax Payments Report - The Tax Payments report includes a summary of taxes charged, amount due, a list of all related payments, and the online payment service. If you just made a payment, it will not be reflected on this site for a few business days.
